Stress is a part of life. Learning just what stress is and how to cope with it can help you achieve more, maintain better relationships, and be healthier and happier both at work and away from work. In this workshop, you'll:

• Discover your stress-resistant level and your stress level in the workplace

• Learn ways to alleviate stress, including relaxation response, mental imagery, autosuggestion and laughter

• Complete a stress-reduction plan

• Learn how other unresolved work issues—like time management, delegation, change, conflict, and dealing with difficult people—can cause stress
