Same Difference—Workplace Diversity
Understanding the benefits and challenges of workplace diversity is a
crucial skill in the modern work environment. This workshop explores participants'
attitudes regarding diversity of every type—race, rank, education,
culture, gender, age, etc. We will:
• Define diversity and its two dimensions
• Explore the core values, assets and liabilities of different groups
• Assess participants' openness to change
• Identify strategies for resolving conflicts between different groups
